Terms and conditions
Our General Policy is to act as a provider of Internet presence. By using any portion of the Shelltor.com service, you abide by this service agreement entirely. Customers should only sign up for the Shelltor service if they have read and understood the information on the Shelltor.com website front page, the features, the server connectivity and rules.
General
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold shelltor.com inculpable from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party. This includes but is not limited to:
- Spam (e-mail, web, SMS, VOIP, etc)
- Unlawful hacking attacks
- Copyright infringement
- Denial of Service (DoS, DDoS)
- Abuse of personal information
- Child pornography
Shelltor.com is obliged to take all measures to provide services to you with minimum downtime. Shelltor.com reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to preserve the integrity of the Shelltor.com network and servers. This includes but is not limited to: instituting temporary blocks on IP address who are receiving Denial of Service attacks, restricting access to certain internet protocols on an individual basis.
Credits
Depending on the services, a specific monthly cost is agreed upon between ShellTOR and the customer, which is visible on the ShellTOR administration interface to the customer. Every 30 days, this amount is deducted from the customer's credit balance. If the amount of credits on the customer's balance is less than the monthly cost, the account is deactivated along with its services. The customer may fund the balance with credits at any time. Credits may be used for up to 2 years after which they expire. Credits are non-refundable except for the conditions outlined in the refund policy. ShellTOR reserves the right to change the cost of specific services.
Refund Policy
Refunds are possible as long as no more than 48 hours have passed since payment, but only in the case of Paypal or Bank wire. We can not refund SMS payments.
